For example, orders from our production partners in China may have faster delivery within China than to U.S. customers. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped according to the selected shipping method during checkout.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks the package as "delivered." If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.
